Appreciative Inquiry is the exploration of what happens for individuals, organisations and communities when they function at their best. It is a journey of discovery out of “I know” to “I wonder”. At this workshop you will be introduced to Appreciative Inquiry where you will learn:
- a solid understanding of how to lead
- how to effect change through the strength-based perspective of Appreciative Inquiry
- to explore a wide range of applications of Appreciative Inquiry at the individual, group and large system levels
- to relate the principles underlying Appreciative Inquiry to specific project related to your own work
- learn to lead, manage and motivate more positively
- the ability to introduce others to Appreciative Inquiry
- framing questions from a strength based perspective.
